The Buyer Consultation

The first step towards buying a new home is to meeting and discussing your home buying needs and setting expectations. We'll talk about what your dream home looks like and how we can get there in the current market.

Securing Financing

As you begin home shopping, a pre-approval letter brings you, your lender, and potential home sellers confidence in knowing what you can afford, making your offer more likely to be accepted than someone who is not pre-approved.

Your Home Search

We'll set you up on a custom home search that meets your budget and criteria. When a new home matches what we're looking for, we'll get notified and can set up a showing. When looking at homes, we will also point out important details to help you make an informed decision.

Submitting An Offer

Once we find the home you love, we'll work with you to present a strong offer, walking you through all your options and every aspect of the contract and where we can make your offer most appealing to the sellers.

The Contract Period

When our offer is accepted, you're under contract! Once we are in this stage, we will be working through inspections, the home appraisal, and final details with your lender on your financing. Don't worry, we will be with you for every step during this time.

Closing Day

Finally, ownership of the home will be transferred to you! Congratulations, you are a homeowner! While the deal may be done, you can count on The Boone Team as your real estate resource for life! We're always here to help!
